When a portion of Fulton County, Georgia incorporated as the City of Johns Creek, the firm advised the City on adult business matters, helped prepare a comprehensive sexually oriented business ordinance, and counseled the City concerning a new adult bookstore that opened illegally. After the adult bookstore refused to comply with the City's ordinance, the City sought an injunction against the business in state court. The Fulton County Superior Court granted the City's injunction, and then found the business in contempt when it continued to operate as an adult bookstore. On appeal, the Georgia Court of Appeals upheld the injunction in favor of the City.
