Daytona Grand, Inc. v. City of Daytona Beach, 490 F.3d 860 (11th Cir. 2007)

The City of Daytona Beach engaged the firm to appeal the decision of the Middle District of Florida, which struck down the City's adult use regulations after a bench trial involving numerous consolidated cases and expert witnesses testifying on behalf of the adult industry. On appeal, the firm demonstrated to the Eleventh Circuit the legal errors in the district court's decision and obtained reversal and summary judgment on all issues in the County's favor. The resulting Daytona Grand decision is a landmark opinion in the Eleventh Circuit.
